What clients should know
Technology is optional and commercial interests are visible.
- Legal operator
- Practice engagements and Swarmix are operated by Torus Technologies GmbH. Final corporate identifiers must be completed before production launch.
- Separate choices
- A client may use the practice without Swarmix or evaluate Swarmix without buying a practice engagement.
- Commercial interest
- Torus Technologies may benefit when a client chooses Swarmix or implementation support. This interest is disclosed when recommendations are made.
- Alternatives
- Recommendations may involve existing tools, internal delivery, other providers or Swarmix. The client chooses how to proceed.
- Usable outputs
- Opportunity maps, reviews and operating plans remain useful if no Swarmix engagement follows.
